A major health and wellness consumer client needed to accelerate the growth of business in the bio-pharmaceutical sector. The client believed there was an opportunity to improve the effectiveness of their sales and marketing teams in the areas of client engagement, product and therapeutic knowledge and sales skills.
Myrtle Potter & designed and executed a three-year training & development program for the client that focuses on product, therapeutic class, customer knowledge and market knowledge. Approach included: customer case analyses and brand and company assessments.
